“Council project manager Rachel has a team located across various site. Often this means multi-way instant messaging or Voice conversations, but today they decide to hold a video conference to agree on the sign off of a project plan.
During the call, the most recent draft of the plan is easily shared by Rachel during the call where it can be updated in real time. Project assistant Steven suggests amends, so Rachel seamlessly passes control of the document to him, allowing them to collaborate in real-time. The document is signed off there and then without having to arrange all the team members to attend one location or send various Project Plan drafts back and forth over email”.
