Freedom Care
Freedom Care is our commitment to maintaining and updating your communications solutions as your business develops. We have invested more than £750,000 in our service operation systems in the last three years alone – giving us the highest level of technical support of any Alcatel partner in the UK. As a result we now offer a range of services that we believe is unique in the industry. These include remote diagnostics, field service, quality control, and system support features that cover every stage of our relationship with a customer.
Freedom’s engineers operate through a state-of-the art 24/7 Contact Centre capable of handling thousands of calls per day. In many cases, we can solve your problem immediately, over the phone – but if we can’t we’ll get an engineer out to you within four hours or better if you need an SLA that achieves this. And because we’re an ISO 9001 accredited company, we’re constantly monitoring telephone and in-the-field response times to improve the service – with the result that currently 98% of technical queries are cleared within four hours.
Freedom Training
At Freedom, we place as much emphasis on the people that use the systems as we do on the technology itself. Through Freedom Training, we offer a portfolio of courses designed not just to help your people get the best out of your systems, but also to improve their general management and business technology skills.
All our course are fully accredited – either by the technology manufacturer, or to ISO 9002 standard for general skills. We run them both at our dedicated training suite, or at your own premises, and provide a complete range of training manuals. And we frequently develop tailored packages to suit our clients’ budget and specific training needs.
Consultancy Services
In a world dominated by talk of emerging technologies, we’ve always maintained that the road to Freedom starts with an understanding of business needs – not hardware or software.
