With a focus on marketing communications, the role of marketing executive will be to
assist the Head of Marketing in the execution of the tactical marketing plan. This encompasses the delivery of a wide variety of marketing campaigns including all elements of the marketing mix to a range of stakeholders, predominantly to existing customers and new business prospects. The role also incorporates supporting activities within public relations, corporate branding, and online activities to help achieve marketing and ultimately corporate objectives.
Main Role and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to new business targets, working in conjunction with the new business sales manager – including direct marketing, events, advertising (both on and off line).

Plan and deliver customer retention programmes, working with Account Management Sales Manager - including direct marketing, events, and advertising (both on and off line).

Track and report on lead generation activities for all marketing campaigns, with cost per lead analysis where appropriate.

Manage Freedom’s SEO strategy including investment in Google Ads, create and update the website using CMS, analysing visitor data and suggest initiatives, track competitor sites.

Assist with the companies PR programme and liaise with PR company on the creation of new case studies, press articles and interviews with senior management team.

Manage day-to-day marketing activities within company ERP solution – maintaining suspect and prospect data, assisting with production of accurate customer data and delivery of reports as identified.

Assist with internal communications as and when required, including management and distribution of internal newsletter

Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.

Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills as required.

Work effectively across the organisation at all levels, and with a wide range of stakeholders including external agencies.
