The commendation, based on feedback from joint customers and the wider market, recognises the role that Freedom has played in providing the highest quality of customer service around Alcatel-Lucent deployments throughout 2012.

The Alcatel-Lucent partner award is testimony to the emphasis Freedom places on achieving impeccable levels of customer satisfaction through the combined efforts and value of all staff and services.
