Freedom Shining Brightest For Customer Satisfaction
Freedom named ‘Best Customer Satisfaction Partner 2012’ by Alcatel-Lucent, the commendation is based on feedback from joint customers and the wider market.
Freedom Communications, a provider of IT and communications solutions, has been named ‘Best Customer Satisfaction Partner 2012’ by Alcatel-Lucent. The commendation, based on feedback from joint customers and the wider market, recognises the role that Freedom has played in providing the highest quality of customer service around Alcatel-Lucent deployments throughout 2012.
The Alcatel-Lucent partner award is testimony to the emphasis Freedom places on achieving impeccable levels of customer satisfaction through the combined efforts and value of all staff and services. The achievement can be mainly attributed to Freedom’s Active Support department, which is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a proactive, knowledgeable and helpful customer support service at all times.
As one of Alcatel-Lucent’s longest standing and largest business partners in the UK, Freedom has over 27 years of expertise. This award consolidates the company’s ability to provide a complete range of fully integrated business communications solutions to the SME and Enterprise marketplace. With almost an even split between public and private sector clients, Freedom’s customer base is large and varied, and includes Hamley’s toy store, Trafford Council, The NEC Group and the NSPCC.
“This recognition of our Active Support department reinforces the importance of striving for customer service levels that are world class. It is a direct result of the hard work from every level of the organisation to provide the best experience possible for our customers and partners.”
Pat Botting, Managing Director at Freedom
“Freedom has shown it clearly possesses the highest levels of expertise and application, required to maintain healthy customer relationships and consistently maximise opportunities in the IT and communications sector,”
Adrian Yates, Channel Manager, Alcatel-Lucent.
