Freedom Given Microsoft Gold Partner Status
Freedom has been awarded Microsoft Gold Partner Status for Communications Competency, after committing to a heavy strategic focus on Microsoft Lync Services.
Freedom Communications, a provider of IT and communications solutions, has announced its attainment of Microsoft Gold Communications Competency. Freedom’s accomplishment can be attributed to its internally developed skillset and resource base, specialising in the unified communications (UC) platform, Microsoft Lync.
At a time when the features and benefits of UC are becoming more widely recognised throughout and outside the communications industry, achieving Microsoft Gold Communications status puts Freedom in a strong position in its ability to demonstrate its knowledge and expertise of Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT).
This achievement is a result of Freedom’s commitment to the Microsoft Lync platform and follows the completion of rigorous assessments by Microsoft including a survey of Freedom’s customers, showing its service levels meet expected high standards.
Freedom was awarded gold competency status after committing a heavy strategic focus on Microsoft Lync over recent months. Freedom has employed two Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs), in addition to developing multiple MCPs from within the business. The entire Freedom sales team has also undergone training for Lync licensing, sales and marketing, and the business has implemented Lync installations in both the private and public sector.
“To be awarded this status by Microsoft is a real accolade and a testament to the hard work put in by all involved. We have had tremendous success with Lync implementation as shown by our customer satisfaction levels, so are looking forward to developing the Freedom name as a recognised Microsoft partner throughout the industry.”
