Employee retention; are you taking it for granted?

In the current environment, it’s not surprising that employees are staying put to ‘ride out the storm’. However in our view it is not a good time for employers to take their foot off the pedal and take advantage of the situation.

Effective management of talent is critical ensuring adequate focus on achieving employee satisfaction, engagement and team performance. It is as important today (if not more so); if you take a long-term view your ability to retain the best people is likely to improve and may avoid a costly migration when the market recovers.
