The Consultancy Process
We follow a dedicated 5 stage consultancy process to understand your business. We use this to devise a course of action that is ideally suited to your business goals. Freedom works with a range of different consultancies to ensure market experts are used wherever necessary.

The only way to do that is to start by asking fundamental questions:

 Later we’ll move on to more detailed questions about your communications processes:
• How many calls do you make and receive?
• What are your hours of business?
• Which is more important – speed of service or reliability?
• What are your cost constraints?
• What level of technical advice do your customers require?

Finally, we’ll deliver a detailed report analyzing your communications strategy, with a comprehensive  specification of the system hardware and applications you’ll need. This report can be used either to present the business case for investment in communications technology, or to provide an initial brief for your internal IT experts.
