Getting Connected

Freedom Connect was established over five years ago, as part of Freedom Communications. But you don’t have to be an existing Freedom customer to enjoy our benefits.

In many cases, we can provide a detailed quotation simply by looking at your existing phone bill.  After you sign up we’ll take care of all the technicalities, starting by uploading data from your number to the Freedom Connect system. If you use or require specialised numbers, such as 0800, we’ll incorporate these as well. It can take as little as three days to switch – and you’ll start to feel the benefits of reduced costs and greater control from day one.

Today’s markets move fast – with no margin for error. That’s why continuity of service is vital. Because we choose from four providers we offer absolute peace of mind: if any one of the four experiences difficulties with capacity, we simply switch our call traffic to the others.
