Freedom Communications, the secure communications solutions provider, will be speaking at the Service Excellence Measures event, held by Customer Service Network. This event is scheduled to take place on Thursday 26th February.
This full day event looks at developing and using meaningful service excellence measures whilst covering the pro’s and cons of net promoter, customer satisfaction and people satisfaction measures. The event will also provide ample time for attendees to participate in discussion groups and informal networking.
Freedom’s Head of Operations Martyn Alford is one of 4 main speakers on the day. Martyn commented:
