Important Information regarding Fraudulent Call Activity

It has come to our attention that fraudulent calls are being made through all types of phone systems, which enables the fraudster to generate revenue. It is imperative that you act now to secure your own phone system.
Please follow your existing documentation in order to personalise your voicemail, alternatively if you require assistance in doing this, contact your Helpdesk
Failure to take these steps may result in you being subjected to significant call charges which you have not made, as Freedom cannot be held liable for any fraudulent use of your system. If you have any queries regarding this issue please speak to your Account Manager in the first instance who will be able to advise the best course of action.
